How do I get started?
Go to Get started. Join (it takes a minute), wait to be accepted, then connect WhatsApp or Telegram and say hello.
Why is there a waiting list?
Anyone can join — that's the easy part. We bring people in from the list in small groups by hand, so each batch gets a working experience, not a rushed one. There's no way to skip the line.
WhatsApp or Telegram — which should I use?
Both work today. Telegram can pair directly to your own computer (own mode) or run on our server (server mode); WhatsApp currently runs on our server. Your WhatsApp number only ever appears inside your own dashboard after you're accepted — never on a public page.
Which languages does Atlas Assistant speak?
Hebrew and English. Each conversation uses one language, matched automatically to whatever you write in.
What commands can I use?
Type these straight into your chat with Atlas Assistant: /status (what's connected), /lock (pause instantly), /unlock (resume), /unpair (disconnect your computer).
I set up Atlas Assistant on my computer and nothing's happening.
Check /status first — it shows what's actually connected. Make sure the one-line connector was pasted in full and that your own Claude is signed in and running. Still stuck? Ask in Discord.
My computer was off — did I miss anything?
Not necessarily — Atlas Assistant can keep replying using our server even when your own computer is off, so you're not left without an answer.
Who can see my messages?
Not by default. Messages pass through our server, and when our server answers, the conversation is stored encrypted for 30 days. Staff open stored content only if you allow it, and each access is logged. Details: Privacy & control.
Does Atlas Assistant store my conversations?
It depends on the mode. On your computer, history stays with you. When our server answers, messages are stored encrypted for 30 days, and Atlas Assistant's long-term memory is kept until you delete it. You can delete it from the dashboard.
Can Atlas Assistant make phone calls?
Yes, today, for a closed group on Israeli numbers only — you confirm every call, and a PIN protects incoming ones. Open to everyone: coming soon.
What files can I send Atlas Assistant?
Not yet. Sending files to Atlas Assistant is coming soon.
How do I disconnect my computer from Atlas Assistant?
Type /unpair in your chat, or use Lock/Disconnect in your dashboard, under "My computer."
How do I delete my account?
In your dashboard, under Account, choose "Delete account." This removes your account; see Privacy & control for what happens to anything stored in server mode.
Is there a cost?
You can use Atlas Assistant for free. Paid plans exist too — every new account also gets a 14-day trial of our Plus plan, then it settles back to Free automatically. No charge, no card.
I didn't get my native Hebrew voice options / previews — what's wrong?
Built-in voice (voice notes and phone calls on our account, native Hebrew voices with previews) is available only to accounts we approve personally; everyone else — trial, Free or paid — can connect their own ElevenLabs key for voice at no charge from us.
